Injection lipolysis is physician-performed!
We have the "new formula" for injection lipolysis. The old formula for lipodissolve (deoxycholate and phosphatidylcholine is being banned or severely restricted by some State(s).
There is no reason to do invasive liposuction or laser lipo and risk invasive side effects such as burns to the skin, pockets and dimples, the loose skin and in some cases liposuction has even resulted in death. Laser lipo is also very expensive when you compare the various options.

The active ingredients can include l-carnitine, xanthines (i.e., aminophylline or caffiene, local anethestics, agents to improve circulation, and other nutritional agents.
l-Carnitine: This ingredient is extremely important in metabolism; it is an amino acid that assists fatty acids to move into the mitochondria of your cells; where they are burned. They increase your metabolic rates and decrease fat storage in the area of the injections. So in short, this ingredient will fire up your metabolism locally to shrink your fat storage cells! Many topical fat and cellulite creams have this ingredient, but they cannot get absorbed across the skin barrier to get deep enough and that is where the injectable route is far superior.
Xanthines: Ingredients such as aminophlline or caffiene. Aminophylline works like this: Fat cells have Beta receptors, that, when they are stimulated, create a hormone called cyclic AMP, which stimulates fat burning and fat breakdown. But then something called phosphodiesterase gets in the way and rapidly starts breaking down the cyclic AMP and preventing it from breaking the fat down further. Aminophylline inhibits the phosphodiesterase, preventing it from interfering with the cyclic AMP and fat breakdown speeds up. In short terms, aminophylline speeds up fat wasting and also stimulates blood flow and causes increased circulation in the fatty tissue area so that the body can naturally flush and burn fatty deposits away. Results, are a thinner and firmer you. Again many topical gels and creams have this ingredient but it cannot get absorbed to the fat or cellulite layer to work. That is where the injections are far superior.
